Photograph defects as you find them. Sitewise organises them by area — Kitchen, Bathroom, Roof, Subfloor — so the report writes itself in the right order. Works entirely offline, no signal needed.

Tag the photos.

Tap a photo to drop a numbered marker on the spot you mean. Speak the label and Sitewise transcribes it. Add severity, urgency, recommended action — or skip and let the app infer them from your inputs.

When does Sitewise launch?
Late 2026. Sign up below and you'll be the first to know — early signups get the annual price locked in for life.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Sitewise is offline-first by design. Roof voids, basements, regional sites, dead-zones — it all works. Reports generate locally on your phone; you only need signal to share the file.
Will my reports look like the Diamond inspection format?
Yes — that exact layout: cover page with metadata table, Executive Summary grouped by urgency, photo grids with numbered markers, sign-off and disclaimer. Power users can upload their own Word template for full control.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and can be cancelled in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
Do I own my reports?
Completely. Sitewise generates standard PDF and .docx files saved on your device. No account required, no cloud lock-in. You can export and keep them forever, with or without a subscription.
Tax invoice for my ABN?
App Store purchases automatically generate GST tax invoices via your Apple ID purchase history (Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History). Apple is the merchant of record.
What about Android?
iOS first. Android is on the roadmap once we've got the iOS version polished. Email signup below if Android is your priority and we'll let you know.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays on your phone. There is no Sitewise server collecting your photos or reports. The only thing that leaves your device is when you choose to share a report via email, AirDrop, or another app. See our privacy policy.
