Pricing FAQ

Why an annual plan?
Annual saves you ~33% and locks in the price even if we raise rates later. Apple offers a 7-day free trial only on the annual plan, so it's also the lowest-risk way to evaluate Pro.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically drop to the Free tier. You don't lose any reports or inspections — they're stored locally on your device. The 3-reports-per-month limit kicks in on your next billing month.
Will prices go up?
The launch price is locked in for early signups for the lifetime of their subscription. We may raise prices for new customers as the app matures, but Apple will never charge an existing subscriber a higher price without explicit consent.
Tax invoice for my ABN?
Apple is the merchant of record for App Store purchases. Tax invoices with GST are available in your Apple ID purchase history (Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History). If you need any specific business details added, contact us.
Family Sharing?
Yes, the Pro subscription is available through Apple's Family Sharing — one subscription covers up to six family members on iCloud Family Sharing.
Refunds?
Refunds are handled by Apple via the standard App Store refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We're happy to help if there's an issue we can resolve directly.
